This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Flowstradamus LLC ("we," "us") operates flowstradamus.com.

Account & identity — your email and authentication details, handled by our identity provider (Clerk).
Subscription & billing — plan and payment details, processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Usage & device — basic analytics such as pages viewed, and standard technical data (IP, browser) used to operate and secure the service.
Cookies — used for authentication/session and, if enabled, analytics (see below).

We do not collect your brokerage credentials, account holdings, or financial account data. The service is impersonal and does not connect to your accounts, so obligations that attach to holding consumer financial account data (e.g., GLBA / Reg S-P) do not apply. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the service.
To process subscriptions and communicate about your account.
To meet legal, tax, and data-provider compliance obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the service — for example our identity provider (Clerk), payment processor (Stripe), and hosting/CDN (AWS)— under contracts limiting their use of it. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies necessary for authentication and session management, and where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. If you visit from the EU/UK, we will present a consent choice for non-essential cookies.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.

Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and compliance purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion (see below).

Your rights & choices
